As most of you will be aware the West Mercian Races that were scuppered by Storm Darragh are now jointly hosting the Harkaway meeting on the 29th December. This gives us a chance to hopefully recover some of our losses and put us in a position were we can try again next season.
On of the initiatives we have carried forward is to have every fence sponsored by a yard with pointing connections, Greenall & Guerriero, Rowley, Lacey, Sheppard etc. This should be a bit of fun for the commentator and more relevant than a Septic Tank company. We do still have the iconic Lambs Hill fence 3rd last and often race changing available.
So would any trainer like to sponsor this for only £250? In return there will be publicity, passes and hospitality all in front of a huge holiday crowd. And of course all money from this meeting stays in pointing.
